and Fitness, Winnie has trained with many Sound
Teachers, including Everitt Allen, Mehtab Benton, and Jeff
Howard.
Delving into and Exploring Sound Therapy Level 1 & 2, Gong
Yoga, Gong Therapy, Planetary Gong, and Vibrational Sound
Practitioner Training. Winnie has created and shared numerous
Sound Programs including Introduction to the World of Singing
Bowls, Singing Bowl Performer, Singing Bowls Practitioner for
Yoga Instructors; Introduction to Gong; and Sound Therapy,
Energetics and Ritual.
You can catch Winnie offering some fun Sound Events around the
New Moon, Full Moon, Journey through the Chakras, Gong
Symphonies, any Yoga or Meditation class with little samples of
Singing Bowls; and setting up shop at Markets in the Oregon
Valley.
