About the event
New to Ayurveda or want to take a deeper dive into the study of life and how the elements, foods, habits, and my body affect my purpose? Ayurveda is brimming with information to strengthen our immunities, cope with stress, and form new habits! Most importantly, learn ways to move Ama (toxins) throughout the body, mind, and even our personal spaces, thus moving from a place of Dis-Ease and into Ease, essentially a life of balance. In this 90 minute workshop, I will focus on immunology and Ayurveda. You will leave with tangible ways to strengthen your immune system and improve overall wellness.
Prior to attending the workshop, we will email you a Dosha Quiz to complete before attending. This will help you to learn more about your physical and emotional constitution/tendencies from an Ayurvedic perspective. $25.
